Yes, it’s true!
I am a life coach who has done training through the International Coaching Federation (2019). I specialize in combining the metaphysical and magical with the mundane. Not that the mundane is a bad thing!
When we encounter hurdles coaches are a great resource to have!
I have coached people through navigating life’s various obstacles such as creative writing work (muse coaching), burn-out recovery, relationship issues, career or home moving, death and grief, spiritual and metaphysical issues, and more.

As a coach, I cannot diagnose, pathologize, or in any definitive sense make a medical decision for you.
Personally, I always enjoy working alongside your teams. I have found that when a coach is able to partner with your therapist or other professionals, it creates a fuller picture for you, the client, and allows you, the client, to drive the metaphorical bus.
